PLEASE READ before renting or buying at Aderra Condos in Phoenix, AZ. The only way to get television service is to use a satellite provider. Now if you live on the 3rd floor you cannot have a dish that rests on a tripod, it has to be clamped to the balcony. The HOA says you can't do that and is making me take down my dish. I will now lose $2000 for terminating the 2 year agreement with Dish Network.

I repeat DO NOT BUY OR LEASE AT ADERRA 11640 N. Tatum Blvd. Phoenix, AZ 85028. No television service is available!!!!!!!

If you don't watch TV, it's a lovely place!
